Adobe Photoshop Express was launched in March 2008 and - Wow! This is the first time that a web application has convinced me it is a substitute for a client application. Entirely web based, the service allows you to upload and create libraries of your photos and manipulate them for brightness, contract, color correction and a dozen more effects. The application is aware of changes to window size and your work environment; load time and image performance are astounding.
